Nokori, the hotel’s Japanese Whisky bar, invites locals and guests to mix, mingle and toast to the holiday season! Enjoy the bar’s extensive list of Japanese whisky highballs along with some seasonally-inspired cocktails including: 

• The Grinch with matcha, lemon juice, mint syrup and ginger ale 

• Winter Lavender with strawberry lavender syrup, ginger, lemon juice and soda water

• Jingle Bell Smash featuring Suntory whisky, cranberry juice, rosemary, lemon juice, garnished with cranberries and rosemary 

• Apple Cider Hot Toddy with apple cider, orange, cranberries, rosemary, cinnamon and whisky 

• A festive n/a beverage brings a bit of sparkling whimsy to the holiday with edible glitter in the Winter Wonderland. 

Nokori is open seven days a week from 4pm - 12am.
