Experience Measurement is the effort to measure and improve the experiences you provide to customers, clients, and more.
If we do not gather feedback from our customers and clients on their specific needs, we are building our solutions within a vacuum. What you THINK they need may not actually be the case. For example:

This workshop will overview a four step process to setting up an effective listening program to gather effective feedback:
Before this workshop, we will ask for volunteers to submit case studies of a problem that they would like to gather feedback on from their customers (market fit, how to improve current experience, etc.). Throughout the workshop, we will work through a few of these real life examples with the participant volunteers. Even if you do not submit a case example/question, please bring your own ideas to this workshop and you can follow the steps to build out a plan for implementing your own experience measurement programs in the future.

This workshop is facilitated by Nicole Ennen, Founder of Org Empathy Consulting LLC ( www.organizationalempathy.com ). Nicole’s practice focuses on helping organizations balance the complexities of doing business and being human. Before Nicole started her own consulting practice, she led surveys and research teams for 7 years at Google. For the first 3.5 years, she focused on gathering experiences from candidates on the hiring process and employees on career development programs and attrition. For the last 3.5 years, she worked in Google Cloud, gathering feedback from top B2B customers on their experience with products and services. She has also worked in smaller consulting firms in multiple industries (healthcare, technology, human resources, etc.) and holds a M.A. in I/O Psychology.
