I have founded, grown, and sold businesses in Silicon Valley and abroad, scaling them from zero revenue to 7 and 8 figures. In 2019, my digital marketing consulting company, e-Nor, was acquired by global media giant dentsu. 

In my current venture, Start Up With Feras, I'm on a mission to help entrepreneurs in the consulting and services space start and grow their businesses smarter and stronger. I have served as an advisor to 150+ founders. 

I have authored or contributed to a range of publications on business, marketing, and data analytics, including Google Analytics Breakthrough: From Zero to Business Impact, which was widely recognized as a key industry resource. 

I'm equally committed to supporting nonprofits, bridging the income inequality gap, and mentoring youth and young professionals. 

My dedication and training in the Japanese martial art of Aikido continues to strengthen my conviction in finding harmonious resolutions to conflict.
