Vision, mission and values statements form the foundation for a company's strategic plan. Together these statements convey the direction, purpose and values of a business. When developed thoughtfully and authentically, these statements serve as a powerful tools that provide organizations with actionable guidance and meaning - especially in times of rapid change. 

The Creating Meaningful Business Mission, Vision and Values Statement course will clearly define what each statement is, how they are different, showcase best of class examples from industry and articulate how your organization can begin to formulate these important statements.
