Many businesses are in rented spaces and therefore have a commercial lease. These are tricky and usually long and complicated. This class is designed to help you understand the basics of commercial leases and how to understand them. You will learn about NNN leases, options, assigning and subleasing. You will learn about the questions to ask the landlord. 

This class is taught by Mel Weisblatt who is a business broker with over 30 years experience. In that time he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers understand their leases. Understanding is the first step to negotiating favorable terms.
