Dr. Rada Mihalcea is a Professor of Computer Science and Director of the AI lab at the University of Michigan, and a Co-founder at Initium.AI. She is recognized for her seminal contributions in Natural Language Processing (NLP - a subfield of AI), where she holds multiple patents and has been ranked among the top 40 most influential NLP researchers worldwide.
