Art & Wine Festival Volunteer

Be part of one of Sunnyvale's biggest community events!

Opportunities include:

Volunteer Check-in & Coordinations: Welcome volunteers, provide assignments, and help with on-site coordination.
Beverage Booth: Serve beer, wine, or water (must be 21+ to pour alcohol); help manage lines and ensure smooth service.
Logistics Support: Assist with setup, signage, booth monitoring, and crowd guidance, and vendor coordination throughout the festival.

Event Support

Help bring our events to life!

Assist with setup, registration, greeting guests, monitoring booths, handing out materials, and post-event clean up for events like mixers, ribbon cuttings, and festivals.

Marketing & Outreach

Spread the word and grow our reach!

Support our promotions by distributing flyers, creating or sharing social media content, helping with email campaigns, or reaching out to local businesses and organizations.

Photography & Videography

Capture the moment!

Take photos or short video clips during events to be featured on our website, newsletter, and social media. Great for creatives or those building a portfolio.

Student Volunteer

Get involved and earn hours!

High school and college students can earn volunteer hours by supporting community events, marketing, and more, while gaining valuable experience.
